It was in our house 1-day, and the drum on the washing machine would not go into a high spin, so all the clothes kept coming out dripping wet.Sears sent out repair man who had to call Samsung for assistance....... After figuring out it wasn't operator error or machine malfunction, the Samsung Rep wanted to know the room temperature of our wash room.the repair guy told them it was 65 degree according to his meter with a cold water temperature of 43 degrees coming into the house.Samsung Rep told us, we could not use cold water to wash our clothes... EVER. The ball bearrings that spin the drum are in oil and because we live in Upstate NY where it gets cold, NOT ALASKA cold, but cold..... the oil is thickening in their machine and CAN'T go into a high spin.WHAT????!!!!The machine needs a temperature of 72 degrees to operate properly! They are aware of this problem, they are working on it, but don't have a solution yet!So I guess they sleep okay at night knowing at least the folks in California who buy their machines love them.Finally, CR and their glowing report, I have to say I'm dissapointed in them too.So they are getting picked up tomorrow and I'm thankful we bought them now and not in the Summer and discovered this way after 30-days.So, as a good customer, I'm trying to help Samsung with a solution....
