DO NOT DEPEND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Within the one year warranty the pump quit. For several weeks I attempted to get a customer service person, and when I finally did it was useless. Because they had no repair people in my region, they decided they would would replace my washer, and they would pay shipping costs. Nice offer, but they never followed through. And I again was in telephone hell.I will NEVER buy another Haier product again.
