I am amazed at the huge load of towels this machine is capable of washing and is very quiet except when filling with water. The wash times are average but with the very first load we noticed that stains that normally had to previously be pre-treated came clean without doing anything with this machine. My wife loves how clean and fresh they come out and it uses so little detergent it's hard to believe they could come out so clean. Water and electricity savings are to be expected as the machine spins the laundry so much drier than any other machine we've owned in the past. I wish I had bought one sooner!! We also bought the matching dryer along with the pedestals and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our old clothes seem to be renewed with these machines."
